Project One - 2018
Two friends armed with an idea, invited myself, a data engineer, and a front end developer to discuss feasibility. As a team we each took discovery tasks: the market, database needs and challenges, cost of using external services, initial user base and organization for B2B, B2C and C2C. Ultimately we fleshed out a functional idea, but sadly we couldn’t find a way to make it profitable enough to sustain our elbow grease efforts through initial releases. This idea still sits on the back burner because it will have it’s time!
Project Two - 2019
One of the ideators from Project One connected with me to begin Project Two. Project Two is in discovery including product/market fit. What is the need and what will users actually use? More to come!
Project Three - 2020
While struggling with monthly neighborhood duties I realized that a simple technical tool could use data visualization to make it easier to manage and discuss neighborhood issues, improvements and project planning. More to come!
